MazaCAM support helps our customers answer questions about operation, programming, or anything else related to our products.

Possibly. it is necessary for maintenance and support to access your PC or to control it remotely (remote maintenance). Please download the remote maintenance module here.

Note on billing for support cases

Unless there is a maintenance agreement for a software product / package purchased from us, we reserve the right to charge support services that are provided after a period of 90 days after purchase with the actual working hours of our employees. (Fee for support services = € 120.00 / hour). The first hour started will be charged in full. After that, billing takes place every 15 minutes.
