Note on billing for support cases
Unless there is a maintenance agreement for a software product / package purchased from us, we reserve the right to charge support services that are provided after a period of 90 days after purchase with the actual working hours of our employees. (Fee for support services = € 120.00 / hour). The first hour started will be charged in full. After that, billing takes place every 15 minutes.
