Please send as much information as possible (editor and \/ or CAM programs, possibly CAD data, detailed problem description, Mazak machines and control type, etc.).

Note on billing for support cases<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless there is a maintenance agreement for a software product \/ package purchased from us, we reserve the right to charge support services that are provided after a period of 90 days after purchase with the actual working hours of our employees. (Fee for support services = \u20ac 120.00 \/ hour). The first hour started will be charged in full. After that, billing takes place every 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
